During the Sister Wives season 17 premiere, Christine came off as calm, while Kody couldn’t contain his anger as he felt personally attacked. Fans were blown away that Kody felt the need to compare each relationship and try to sidestep Christine’s desire to divorce. It was obvious Kody was trying to gaslight Christine and hit below the belt to control the situation.
Even though Kody was hoping to upset Christine, she didn’t give in. Ultimately Christine, who plans to date after Kody, stuck to her guns, making it clear she was no longer happy in her spiritual union. Sister Wives fans are in awe of Christine’s ability to keep cool and handle Kody for as long as she did. Unless one of his other wives steps up, it looks like Christine will always be well-liked among viewers.
