The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann has caught wind of recent fan speculation and is denying claims her home is in foreclosure.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann is addressing all the fan speculation surrounding her house and The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum says she’s not moving anytime soon. Kim has been enjoying her at-home life with her husband and six children following the cancellation of her solo spin-off Don’t Be Tardy. The show ran for eight seasons before Bravo finally decided to pull the plug. Since the show came to an end, Kim has had her name tied to reports surrounding her two eldest daughters, Brielle and Ariana Biermann.
In recent weeks, rumors surfaced that claim Kim’s $2.5 million Atlanta mansion was foreclosed for $257,000. But Kim took to her Instagram Story on Monday to deny the unverified reports. “My house was not sold for $257,000,” Kim said in a video captured by Bravo Housewives. “If you guys think that I would let my home, that we put millions and millions of dollars [into], go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, OK? For real,” she added. Kim panned around her lavish estate while filming the short rant and declared that she has no plans to leave her luxe pad anytime soon. “So, what are you going to do, haters, when I’m here for Christmas, and I’m here for my birthday, and I’m here for all those amazing dates?” Kim continued. “I’m here until I f–king want to move out. ‘Til I decide I don’t want to live here anymore.”

Kim concluded with a message to her “haters” who she thinks is waiting for her downfall. “So enjoy the view, haters, ’cause you’re going to be seeing it for quite some time,” Kim quipped. Fans quickly shamed the former housewife for her “cringe” video post that didn’t exactly confirm or deny the foreclosure rumors. “This verbal display is kind of cringe. Maybe just lay low lol,” one fan wrote. Kim’s video rant was seemingly in response to recent reports saying her multimillion-dollar home in Alpharetta, Georgia, was auctioned off for just $257,000, Page Six reports. Kim and her husband Kroy Biermann purchased the six-bedroom mansion for $880,000 in 2012.
The purchase came one year after Kim and Kroy tied the knot in a lavish televised wedding that aired on RHOA. Soon after, Kim made her exit from the show and went on to secure the longest-running solo spin-off from the franchise. Kim and Kroy have lived inside the home with their six children, Brielle, 25, Ariana, 21, Kroy, 11, Kash, 10, and 8-year-old twins Kane and Kaia. In recent months, Kim defended her daughter Ariana following a DUI arrest in Atlanta. In August, Kim took to social media to share details saying her daughter was “cooperative” with police, and the encounter was blown out of proportion.

Last month, Brielle dished on how badly Kim is encouraging her two eldest daughters to welcome a baby. Kim is in dire need of a new addition to the family and has urged her daughters to conceive or said she’ll have another baby herself. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum continues to experience life events that would make for juicy storylines on the show. Should Kim ever return to her housewife role, she’ll have a lot to fill fans in on, and she’ll return to the spotlight. But Kim might want to get her personal affairs in order before sharing her private life on reality television again.
