Full Job Description

Yelp is looking for a Programmatic Senior Enablement Training Specialist to manage all learning and development initiatives for the multi-location programmatic Campaign Manager team at Yelp. This role is responsible for managing and running new hire onboarding for all new employees and will drive and maintain on-going and advanced learning programs for the programmatic support team. The Senior Enablement Training Specialist will use data to drive employee development and will work in partnership with org leaders to create new content and activities that successfully onboards, grows and retains employees.

In this role, you will:

  • You will host new hire orientation for all new Yelp employees joining the Yelp Campaign Manager team
  • You will own, create, design and execute all onboarding initiatives for Yelp Campaign Managers
  • Partner with Yelp Customer Success Leadership, Recruiting, People Ops and IT teams to ensure new hires are setup for success prior to their start date, including but not limited to an employees permissions, system setup, hardware and software
  • Welcome new hires with prepared onboarding playbooks that include a company and cultural overview
  • Facilitate ‘first day’ programming in partnership with Yelp People Ops, ensuring all new hire paperwork is legally filed
  • Schedule, program manage and train ‘days 0-90’ training of all new employees to the CS and RO teams
  • Partner with Enablement teammates and leadership stakeholders to build re-training/development prompts
  • Support leadership stakeholders in on-going/advanced learning initiatives and new go-to-market programs in a project capacity
  • Help build new trainings and maintain programming for Customer Success and Campaign Management growth
  • Develop metrics and reporting to demonstrate onboarding and on-going training effectiveness
  • Utilize creative techniques and various delivery mechanisms to reach a distributed/remote organizations
  • Gather feedback from the business to consistently improve efforts
  • Co-build and deliver materials for internal communication systems (LMS, Wiki, newsletters)
  • Work in partnership with leaders across Yelp’s advertising business, including sales, customer success, operations, product, marketing, and more
  • Stay up to date on the Digital Marketing space, Yelp product, and search/programmatic ad optimization best practices

What it takes to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of overall experience working in programmatic account management, customer success, and/or sales
  • 1+ Experience working with multi-location clients directly either in a support or sales capacity and/or experience managing and/or training employees working with multi-location clients
  • Multi-location operational and direct DSP working knowledge
  • Track record of success as an individual contributor with specific strengths in communication, organization, and leadership
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Analytical and results driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; succinct and action oriented in nature
  • Ability to collaborate well and develop meaningful relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders including sales, finance, product, legal, engineering, marketing, and operations

  • Base Salary Range: $60-95K
