Do you enjoy assisting customers and performing remote work from the comfort of your own home? We are currently hiring a Fully Remote Customer Service Representative for a year long contract with our Fortune 200 client. The ideal candidate will have a positive, friendly approach to customer care and be dedicated to resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for all contact center support activities
- Answer occasional phone calls not a call center environment – only a handful of calls per month)
- Process and key in orders within queue-based systems
- Support all internal and external customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner
- Be able to accomplish multiple tasks and cross train for all complex support functions using billing and work-delivery systems
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Previous experience with Telecom and/or MS Edge preferred
- Pay Rate: $11/hr
