The Bachelor season 27 contestant Kaity Biggar had an overnight date with Zach Shallcross at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, and she now reveals what really happened during this early one-on-one date. On the date, Kaity and Zach had the museum all to themselves. At dinner, Kaity told Zach about her previous 7-year relationship, which she described as toxic, and confessed that she just wants a good man. Zach expressed to Kaity that she deserves way more than just the basics in a partner. He then offered her the date rose, and asked if she wanted to sleep over with him at the museum.

When The Bachelor’s Kaity Biggar returned to the Bachelor mansion the following morning, the other women were not pleased, especially when she said that she got no sleep the night before. However, on the Click Bait with Bachelor Nation podcast, Kaity explained what she meant by that, and what really happened during her unprecedented early overnight date with Zach.
She admitted that she was “super shocked” when Zach asked her to spend the night at the museum, but also “super excited.” Kaity said, “I didn’t really know what to think of it at the time, but when we walked around the corner, and we saw the camp set up, and the tent, I was blown away. I thought it was so cute, so romantic.”

The Bachelor’s Kaity Biggar Reveals Why She Didn’t Sleep
The Bachelor season 27 contestant Kaity went on to say that she is “really bad at sleeping.” She revealed that she has a white noise machine at home, so sleeping in the tent was hard for her. Kaity said that between hearing construction in the distance, and Zach snoring a little bit, she “just couldn’t sleep.” She explained that those were the reasons why she said, “I got no sleep” the next day. She emphasized that “nothing happened for those who think something happened.” Kaity confirmed that she and Zach did sleep with their beds pushed together, explaining that it was quite chilly in the museum. She also shared that Zach suddenly decided to go to sleep in the middle of a talk. She said, “I remember we were having a conversation and he was like, ‘Okay, goodnight,’ and I was like, ‘What?!’ So I started talking again because I didn’t think I heard that right.”
Kaity and Zach have shared a special connection since The Bachelor night one. She was especially kind to him when he had COVID-19. She brought a basket of goodies to his hotel room and chatted with him through the door. Their one-on-one date at the museum was very special because none of the other women have stayed overnight with him yet. The bond that they created by sharing that time will be difficult for the other women to compete with.
As Zach heads into the final weeks of his Bachelor journey, it will be exciting to see if his connection with Kaity grows even stronger. If she makes it to the end, it will be her second overnight date with him, which will put her far ahead of the other women. However, this season has been filled with twists and turns, as Zach has eliminated women suddenly, even though they seemed like frontrunners. Hopefully, Kaity and Zach’s relationship will continue to grow, and they can look back at their night at the museum as the beginning of their love story.
